This collection features the master plan designs VCS Architects has developed as a contracted partner of the City of Houston in residential community development. Across the city's most diverse and fast-growing neighborhoods, our firm has been commissioned to design more than 80 comprehensive master plans, shaping how entire communities live, gather, and grow.

Each plan is approached as more than a layout. We study various aspects and the cultural identity that makes a place distinct. The result is residential design that spans a full range of architectural styles, from traditional and craftsman to contemporary and transitional, with every plan responsive to the community it serves.
